About Dr Michael L Brown
Dr. Michael L. Brown is Jewish and came to believe that Jesus was the Messiah at the age of 16, in 1971. Until that point Michael had been heavily involved in drugs, including heroin and LSD, but after committing himself to Jesus his life changed dramatically.
Dr Brown has preached throughout America and around the world, and is the author of twenty books – some of which have been translated into more than a dozen languages – including Israel’s Divine Healer, Our Hands Are Stained With Blood: The Tragic History of the “Church” and the Jewish People and the four volume work Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus. His most recent work is What Jewish People Think of Jesus.
Dr. Brown is active as an evangelist and an apologist for Christianity. He has debated rabbis on radio, television and college campuses, as well as teaching Christians about God's purposes for Israel and the Jewish people. He is an Old Testament and Semitic scholar, holding a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literature from New York University.
Michael Brown is a visiting professor at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Fuller Theological Seminary, School of World Mission and the King’s Seminary. He is also the host of the TV show, Think It Thru.
